QUALIHFON online medical consultation provides you with a unique opportunity to consult with qualified and experienced medical practitioners in Nigeria from the comfort and privacy of your home 24/7 using your smartphone, tablet or computer. It saves you cost and the need and inconvenience of travelling to the hospital clinic as well as long waiting times in crowded rooms to see your physician. Our services cover diagnosis and treatment of primary health care conditions. Online consultations are easy and confidential. Our doctors will provide advice, recommend tests and prescribe treatments as appropriate for your case. Our services cover non-emergency care. Online consultation may only be used one time for an and by one patient only. You must be 18 years and above to register for our service. Parents can register to use our services on behalf of their children/wards. Consultation is only possible after acceptance of our terms of agreement.

How the service works

Step1:
Create a free Account.

Step 2:
Book an appointment on the QUALIHFON website and select preferred consultation mode: WhatsApp Chat/Phone Call/Video Consultation through Whatsapp or Zoom

Step 3:
Have A Consultation: After selecting the preferred mode of consultation, you will need to provide the doctors with relevant information about yourself & your health regarding your medical condition. The duration of the consultation is usually 20-30 minutes. If a lab test is absolutely necessary for a diagnosis and treatment, a lab order will be provided to enable you have the test at a location nearest to you and you will be given a follow up appointment.

Step 4:
Prescription. A prescription for the medication will be written by our doctor and our online Pharmacy will deliver to a chosen address by our logistics partner.

Step 5:
Payment and Delivery: The cost of each online consultation is N1000.00 plus cost of drugs & Delivery. You simply pay online to QUALIHFON Using your Debit or Credit Card.
