How the service works

Step 2: Book an appointment on the QUALIHFON website and select preferred consultation mode: WhatsApp Chat/Phone Call/Video Consultation through Whatsapp or Zoom

Step 3: Have a Counselling Session: After selecting the preferred mode of consultation, you will need to provide the health official with relevant information about yourself & your health regarding your Family planning Counselling. The duration of the Counselling is usually 20-30 minutes

Step 4: Prescription. A prescription for the Family Planning method will be written by our doctor and our online Pharmacy will deliver to a chosen address by our logistics partner.
